There are only a few things you’ll need to workout with battle ropes. First of all you’ll need lots of outdoor space to exercise in. You’ll need an anchor to tie the rope to, so bear this in mind when locating your workout space. And of course you’ll need the ropes! What To Do
There are several key movements you’ll need to get to grips with in order to make your workout successful. The most common movements are slams, waves, throws, spirals, and whips. All of these provide a great core and cardio workout, and involve swinging your arms up and down or side to side.
The key thing to remember here is that you should be putting the same intensity into each motion. This way you’ll get the most out of your workout. Just try to get over the burn. To start with try 3 sets of 30-second intervals with a short 45 seconds rest in between. Then, when you get stronger and increase your endurance you can take your exercises even further.
